Mother and Son

Parenting is hard, and it can be even harder when your child is autistic and you're neurotypical. You may ask yourself, "Why does my autistic child do that?" and want to better understand autism but aren't sure where to start. Maybe you are looking for guidance on the IEP (Individual Education Plan) or Early Intervention process? Maybe you suspect your child is autistic but are not sure who are reputable therapists or psychiatrists that will take you seriously.

Or maybe you yourself are autistic or neurodivergent and would like some strategies to prevent overwhelm on your parenting journey from someone who gets it.

Sometimes, we just need someone to be a listening ear, because being a parent is hard!

Book a session with me and we'll go through the struggles you're facing, your goals, and how to implement self-care while being the parent you're striving to be.
