Looking to work with me long-term? Need help developing your neurinclusion program over a 3, 6, or 12 month period? I offer my program management services in full-suite, high-touch consulting packages.

When you're working with me long-term, you can expect me to guide you through the project lifecycle process. Some of the many benefits of working with a seasoned project and program manager include:

• Thorough onboarding process: you will know exactly how I operate and what you can expect during our time together

• Project plan development: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis, milestone identification, schedule development, implementation steps, and closeout processes
