How Differently Would You View Autism if You Knew What It Was Like Being Autistic Everyday?
Welcome, friend! Here you can print off exercise sheets from my book, Autistic Everyday! Historically we've considered the Autism Spectrum as a straight line: one side indicating "a little autistic" and the other side indicating "very autistic." However, we now know this representation isn't correct and does not highlight the nuance of the autistic experience. I discuss in my book how autism is more like a color wheel, and have provided free sheets for you to "audit" your autism! Have fun with it!
Autism Color Wheel Sheets from Autistic Everyday
If you bought the audiobook, or just would like some extra copies of the autism color wheel exercise, you can print a copy below! If you need an example of how to fill it out, you can see my autism color wheel below as well! The greater your skill in an area, color that space more towards the perimeter of the circle. The more you struggle with a skill, keep the color more towards the center of the circle. Remember, this exercise is not a source of shame!
