Autistics Anonymous does not give refunds once a paid 1-on-1 session is booked. A session may be rescheduled or cancelled, but no refund will be given. This is due to lost opportunity cost related to a rescheduling or cancelling client taking up a time slot that another client could have taken but did not have the opportunity.

Regarding contracts, not 1-on-1 sessions, refund policies will be stated within those documents.
